Relax under wide-open skies in the private pool and spa, take in stunning mountain views, and soak up the warm desert vibe.  You're just minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and downtown JT, making it easy to explore nature, local art, music, and food. Whether you're stargazing, perfecting your putting, sharing stories around the fire pit, or just floating in the pool, this is your basecamp for desert magic. You have full access to this over one acre property.

The Layout:
- 5 bedrooms (8 beds) and 3 bathrooms.
- All bedrooms are equipped with brand-new, memory foam mattresses.
- Two master bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite master bathrooms
- Two bedrooms have 2 queen size beds in each.
- One bedroom has one queen bed.
- The 8th bed is the full-sized sofa-bed in the living room.

A 65" smart TV. - Sonos Music system and Electric fireplace sets the mood and warms the living area that connects to the large open kitchen big island and dining area. Plenty of counter space and all you appliance needs.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!! -We do have four security cameras at the front entrance and back entrance. This is only for security and safety reason (in case there is a break in, etc…) Security cameras are only outside, there are none n the house.

The Essentials:
- Fastest Wifi available. Up to 1GB speeds.
- Fully stocked kitchen with a stove, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, and knife set.
- Fully stocked bathrooms with towels, shampoo and conditioning, bar soap, toilet paper, first-aid kit, and hairdryer.
- Designated laundry room with iron and ironing board.

Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. It is the booking persons responsibility to inform guests that they use the pool at their own risk and take full liability and responsibility for their safety.

SPA HEATING IS FREE and can be activated by the guests. 
POOL HEATING IS $200 PER DAY with a 2 day minimum. Please give at least 24 hrs notice
If you want to heat the pool just let us know. We will send a payment request and it will be approximately 82 degrees when you arrive.
*Please note that the pool service is between 8am - 12pm every Monday and Thursday. The pool cleaner may enter the back yard at those times.

Plumbing
All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a min $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.

No-Smoking
Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet of an exterior door. We will charge a $500 special cleaning fee if there is smoking on the property.

Checking In
Check in time is 3:00PM
You will receive check in instructions including your code for the smart close to you check in date. If you need an early check in or to drop your bags, just let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Checking Out
Check Out time is 11:00AM.
Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. 
If you need a later check out just let us know at we will try to accommodate.
Late checkouts (that are not approved) will be charged $200 each hour.

Wildlife
just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild. Ants, spiders, lizards, jack rabbits, mice and road runners are common. Less common but possible are scorpions and snakes including rattle snakes. Keeping doors closed will help keep them out of the house. If you discover a rattlesnake or other creature you feel threatened by lot us know and we will arrange to have the creature safely relocated.
